Age 7-8 Plus (Vet not sure)
As you can see, I like to roll in the grass and bring part of it back inside with me. I am a very sweet girl and would love my very own human to whom I could velcro myself. I do get along very well with my all the other furbabies at my foster home. I have not been tested with cats.
Erica hates crates. She screams and will not stop except when her foster mom leaves. She does sleep in the big bed. She has to eat soft food also. When she came into rescue, her teeth were in very bad shaped and she lost 10, all back teeth, so she has to eat soft food and soft treats. She chokes on dry food. Her foster mom soaks dry food until soft and she loves that rather than canned. Erica came from a shelter where she had been turned in by a breeder. She had been bred many, many, many times according to the vet who spayed her. She also had a mammory tumor which was removed. Although cancerous, the edges were clear after removal.
Erica also takes Proin. While it is not an expensive drug, it does help her control her urination. She still does not always go outside but it is most likely because she does not completely empty her bladder. Since being on the Proin, she has gotten much better and will go to a pee pad most of the time. She has been tested repeatedly but no medical reason can be found for this. Sometimes she will go outside and go numerous times but come back in and go to a pee pad and urinate a small amount.
She is an absolute sweetheart and dearly loves people. If you would like more information on Erica, please email her foster mom at nut4rabbit@aol.com . She would make a wonderful companion. She is being fostered in Montgomery, Alabama.
