Meet Ceilly – she is our precious little girl! Ceilly is a brindle female short hair,
approximately 2 1/2 years old. She
is spayed, current on all of her shots, and on heartworm prevention. Ceilly was brought into a local shelter as a stray.
She was flea-ridden, in heat, and had a
very bad case of worms. The
shelter contacted us, and we stepped in and took this baby. She was SO skinny because of the worms
– but we have finally put some weight on this precious girl. Ceilly is about as cute as cute can be!!! She is one happy girl – especially
considering everything she has been through. She LOVES to play – loves, loves, LOVES to play. She NEEDS a home with at least one
other dog – that also likes to play.
She LOVES to run – so she must go to a home with a fenced yard – where
her and her playmate can run and chase each other. Ceilly is a bolter, though – so gates must be kept locked so
they are not accidentally left opened.
As much as Ceilly likes to play, she also loves to
cuddle. Ceilly LOVES to be loved,
and will latch onto her person and follow them around like a shadow (she
absolutely adores adults!). She
does crave attention. Ceilly is
housebroken and crate trained.
Because of her high activity level and her bolting potential, we will
not adopt her to a home with children.
We will also only adopt Ceilly out locally as we need to make very sure
her new home will be a keeper – and will be a forever home!
Ceilly is being fostered in Huntsville, Alabama. If you are interested in Ceilly, please
